Rabobank wanted an inspiring new workplace to deepen relationships between its customers and staff. It also wanted a more nimble environment, where different parts of the business could come together rapidly to solve for their customer’s needs. This would mean shifting people’s thinking, so that they stepped beyond ‘home zones’ and embraced a new, nomadic mindset.

To provide a robust assessment and final recommendation to Rabobank Utrecht (Netherlands), we completed a strategic workplace design to support Rabobank’s business goals. Having engaged with key business stakeholders, and completed observational studies and surveys, we provided our recommendations. These included a tailored agile working model, along with critical and discretionary technology enablers.
